Abrasive metering valve suitable for all abrasive types. Screw in metering knob allows very precise abrasive metering and reduces abrasive consumption. Low profile height permits fitting to almost any blast pot. 1 1/2" X 1 1/4" pipe nipple.
Reduce abrasive consumption and save money. The alpha-blast Abrasive Saver Valve will save a fortune in wasted abrasive. The screw in plunger permits very accurate adjustment to allow just the right amount of abrasive to the blast nozzle.
The valve is ideally suited to all fine abrasive types, ie glass beads, garnet, aluminium oxide, plastic media, ceramic beads etc.
To reduce maintenance costs the valve internals are made from tungsten carbide, hardened steel and polyurethane.
